Cookie policy

This page explains which cookies and similar tools are used by www.didihi.com, run by Bloomart S.r.l. (via Impiano 1, 52020 Laterina (AR), Italy, VAT and tax code 02023720515), the data controller. For everything else about how we process personal data, see the Privacy policy (available in Italian).

In short

The site uses only technical cookies, which it needs to work. It does not use profiling or advertising cookies, nor third-party analytics. That is why we do not ask for your consent and you do not see a cookie banner.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser to remember information from one page to the next or between visits. Similar tools are the browser’s local storage, session storage and IndexedDB.

Signing in with Google, Apple or Facebook

If you choose to sign in with a Google, Apple or Facebook account, a window of that provider opens, handled through Firebase Authentication (Google). In that window the provider may use its own cookies, under its own policy. This only happens if you choose this sign-in method. Once you are signed in, the site only uses the didihi_session cookie described above.

External content

Event and venue images are served by Amazon CloudFront (Amazon Web Services) without cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own server. Links to Google Maps, the App Store and Google Play open external sites with their own policies: the site does not embed them.

Managing cookies

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block didihi_session you will not be able to sign in to “My tickets”; the rest of the site still works.

This policy covers the website. How the app processes data (including usage statistics collected with Firebase Analytics, only with your consent) is described in the Privacy policy.
